In my classes, workshops, programs and retreats I grant permission for us all to be more ourselves. We are each unique, complex treasure and embodying the fullness of our truth is priceless. I live in the spiritual capital of America. And believe in healing modalities yes, I love yoga and breathwork and prayer- and I also believe *the most* spiritual expression is living life like our lives depend on it. I’m not here for rules or restrictions. I’m here to get messy. And I’m here to remind YOU that life IS messy. No need to wrap a bow around it. Make the mess, bless the mess, rinse repeat.
